"Here's To Those Who Inspire Us And Don't Even Know It"

In a previous blog post, I talked about Richard Avedon, one of the most famous fashion photographers with stunningly crazy images. He is one of my inspirations, but not the only. I wanted to feature an amazing photographer I had the pleasure of not only meeting a couple years ago but also has turned into one of my best friends:

I met Makaylah in college at Antonelli Institute of Photography back in 2015. While at Antonelli, we were both in the same classes every semester. Through the two year of being in classes, I have had the opportunity to see both of our work adapt and change. We both have similar interests which is really awesome to see our latest work because we have similar ideas but our photos turn out totally different.

Since graduating Makaylah has been working at a horse barn as the Barn Manager. She has always loved working with horses and it is so cool to see her take two things she loves: Photography and Horses, and combine the two. She is one of my biggest inspirations because of this. I love to see her latest work with the horses and people she photographs and see her work evolve into her own style.

I strive to do what she does and combine my love of photography in with other things that I love. I am excited to see what I come up with and where it will take me!
